The AMPAC USA Slim Line Twin SL3-20 is a triple-stage water filtration system installed on the main pipe feeding your property, removing a wide range of impurities — from visible sediment to invisible chemical contaminants — before they reach your faucets and appliances.

  • Stage 1: 2" x 20" sediment filter, 20-micron rating
  • Stage 2: 2" x 20" KDF-GAC filter
  • Stage 3: 2" x 20" carbon block filter, 10-micron rating
  • Inlet/outlet connections from 3/4" to 1 1/4"

The first stage removes larger particles like sand, silt, rust, and scale that could clog subsequent filters or damage plumbing. The second stage, a KDF-GAC filter, combines KDF (Kinetic Degradation Fluxion) media to reduce heavy metals, chlorine, and hydrogen sulfide with Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) to adsorb chlorine, chloramines, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that cause unpleasant tastes and odors. The final carbon block stage adds further filtration of fine particles and additional chlorine and organic chemical reduction.

The SL3-20 suits whole-house filtration for residential properties and light commercial settings, with inlet and outlet connections ranging from 3/4" to 1 1/4" for adaptability to different plumbing configurations. Depending on feed water quality, multiple units can be installed in series for higher levels of purification, and the system can be paired with complementary AMPAC USA equipment, such as a water softener for hard water or a UV sterilization unit for bacterial concerns.

As a foundational filtration component, the SL3-20's modular design allows it to integrate into more complex water treatment setups as needs evolve, delivering consistent particulate and chemical reduction from a single main-line installation.
