Bottle Free Water Coolers

Our bottle-free coolers tap directly into a standard 3/8-inch or 1/2-inch cold water line, eliminating the need to handle, store, or order 5-gallon bottles. A certified plumber or facilities technician can complete the connection in under an hour using standard push-fit fittings included with the unit. No floor drain is required for normal operation.

Our standard units run water through a sediment pre-filter, a carbon block for chlorine and taste/odor reduction, and a final post-filter before dispensing. Higher-spec models add an RO membrane that reduces TDS, nitrates, lead, and other dissolved contaminants to a fraction of tap water levels. Filter stages are tool-free cartridges that swap in minutes without shutting off the main line.

We offer cold-only, cold-and-ambient, and hot-cold-ambient configurations. Hot water is maintained at 185-190 degrees F for tea, instant coffee, and food prep. Our compressor-cooled cold tanks deliver water at 39-45 degrees F, which is meaningfully colder than gravity-cooled or thermoelectric units.

Our commercial-grade dispensers handle 50-200+ users per day without performance degradation, and the stainless steel tanks resist biofilm growth better than plastic alternatives. We recommend models with tank capacities of 1.5 liters or more for cold water to maintain temperature during peak morning and afternoon periods. Units are NSF 61 certified for all wetted components.
