The AMPAC USA Mobile Seawater Desalination Watermaker System, model SW100K-LX, is a fully automated turnkey system that lets ships, boats, and other vessels produce their own potable water from seawater, regardless of location. It integrates pre-treatment, reverse osmosis desalination, post-treatment, and on-demand delivery into a self-contained system for continuous onboard supply.

The system produces 100,000 gallons per day (approximately 379 cubic meters per day), enough for large vessels or high-consumption operations. Pre-treatment removes sediment and other impurities from raw seawater before reverse osmosis separates salt and minerals, and post-treatment refines the water for safe, palatable consumption, with on-demand delivery at the point of use.

Built entirely within a 3 tandem axle trailer, the SW100K-LX is engineered for mobility and durability in marine environments. A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) automates and optimizes the watermaking process, requiring minimal human intervention while maintaining consistent performance under demanding conditions.

Typical applications include commercial shipping vessels, cruise ships, offshore oil rigs, military vessels, and large private yachts, as well as emergency response and disaster relief efforts in coastal areas where local water infrastructure may be compromised. By generating fresh water onboard, the SW100K-LX reduces reliance on costly resupply logistics.
