Approve & Pay

Confirm your order with a purchase order or deposit. We accept credit cards, wire transfer, and purchase orders for qualified businesses. Manufacturing begins upon payment confirmation.

Receive & Install

Your system is delivered with complete installation documentation, operation manuals, and commissioning support. On-site installation available throughout the USA.

Ships within 2–4 weeks from our Woods Cross, Utah facility via freight carrier. Includes crating and pallet packaging.

Lead time 6–16 weeks depending on system complexity. Shipped via flatbed freight or container for large systems.

Ships within 1–3 business days. Ground shipping standard; overnight and 2-day available.

✅ 1-Year System Warranty

All AMPAC USA commercial and industrial RO systems carry a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended 2- and 3-year service contracts are available.

🔄 Return Policy

Standard stock items: Returnable within 30 days in original condition (15% restocking fee may apply). Custom-built systems: Non-refundable once manufacturing begins. All returns require prior authorization — call (909) 548-4900.

To file a warranty claim, contact support at (909) 548-4900 or info@ampac1.com with your system serial number, purchase date, and description of the issue. Our team responds within 1 business day.
