Standard off the shelve products can be returned within 30-days from the date of invoice. All custom built equipment (Systems built according to client's specifications and requirements) are non refundable. Please carefully review Ampac-USA Return Policy details and conditions below. Merchandise Return Details and Procedure:
You must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Ampac-USA. Any products sent to Ampac-USA without an RGA number will not receive a refund and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
All refund amounts will be based on Ampac-USA warranty and return policy. Your refund will be processed and returned to you using the same purchase method used to acquire the item(s). Refunds take up to 7-10 business days to process once we receive the return.
Please kindly re-pack the product in its original box, or a box of equivalent strength. The unit should be packed in the same manner as it came to prevent damage in shipping. Please return everything that was in the original box, be sure to drain out all the water from the system and parts and wrap them in plastic bags before packing.
We will provide you with a shipping address for return merchandise once RGA has been issued.
Order Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within three business days for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already shipped out, it cannot be canceled. However you can return the item for a refund if package has not been opened or used.
All returns must have an RGA number. If an item is refused upon delivery without a proper RGA number obtained from AMPAC-USA, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Freight is non refundable. Reverse Osmosis Membrane Elements are non-returnable as they have a limited shelf life. Sea water desalination watermakers, commercial and Industrial reverse osmosis systems and other special order items are non-returnable as they are custom built to your specifications. Once a deposit has been received for a special order item Ampac-USA may deem the order non-returnable at its' discretion. You are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to Ampac USA. For your protection, you may want to insure the return shipment as you are responsible for damage that may occur during shipment of the products being returned.
Commercial & Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems:
AMPAC-USA's commercial reverse osmosis systems are custom built for our customers. Special parts and options are custom incorporated into each individual system making commercial systems unique and non possible to restock. All return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to manufacturer defect, in this case, Ampac-USA will repair or replace at Ampac-USA Discretion and return to customer. Commercial systems are non-refundable.
Product Warranty and Disclaimer
All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will cover repair and/or replacement of defective components only at the Ampac-USA discretion, and does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, labor or misapplication, or act of God such as fire, earthquake, or other natural disaster.
We will repair replace any defective components which the Ampac-USA deems "defective" associated with returns of said components.
Ampac-USA cannot installation of any product not installed by one of Ampac-USA representatives or certified installers.
Ampac-USA will not be held responsible for any damage, or injuries caused by improper installation, or for misuse of any product manufactured or distributed by Ampac-USA.
Shipping and Return Policy: We ship our products anywhere in the world. Always inspect your shipment within 24 hours of receipt. If products are damaged in shipping, you must contact Ampac-USA within 24 hours of receipt to submit a claim for the damages. If you would like us to handle the freight claim, damaged parts must be returned to Ampac-USA freight prepaid. Replacement parts will not be sent until damaged parts are received by Ampac-USA. Once the product has been delivered and signed for, Ampac-USA cannot be held liable or responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
